This 15" rag wreath is the perfect trendy Halloween colors yet not a piece of fabric is Halloween themed so it is wonderful up all year round. I have used very modern style fabrics to create this rag wreath. Hundreds and hundreds of pieces of fabric are hand-tied around a 4 tier wire loop.
